PDF 保全設定移除

一個可移除 PDF 檔案內保全設定的線上免費服務網頁，
http://www.pdfunlock.com/
點進該網頁後，點選[選擇檔案]，將要移除保全的檔案上傳。
後點[Unlock!]，便可下載回一份已移除保全的 PDF 檔案。
如遇到無保全的文件，則會出現The uploaded file is not secured and does not have any restrictions that can be removed.
